Hello sir.

I want to use the external batteries with this(dla3000rmi2u)  ups to get more backup time.

Already connected the external batteries with the ups. 

after power on the ups starts charging and shows full charge. but not giving backup time.

the volt at batteries shows 51v  instead must show 55+ volt to give the properback up i guess.

Can apcfix solve it. or any hardware modifications if possible.

Any suggestion possibilites.

I have trid to use the apcfix. it detects and shows all info.

But still only 51.6 volts at the batteries extreme terminals
